About the NJMRA

WHO WE ARE: NJMRA stands for the New Jersey Marijuana Retailers Association. In anticipation of the state of New Jersey legalizing marijuana for recreational use, we are organizing a trade organization of responsible retailers.

OUR MISSION: To have our members represent the most respected, business-focused and compliance-driven class of licensed marijuana retailers. The NJMRA’s mission is to advocate, educate and to impact legislative, licensing and regulatory issues affecting the industry at the state level. The objective is for the marijuana retailers to have one voice that advocates, educates, promotes and creates cohesiveness within the industry.

OUR ADVOCACY: To define our members as ethical specialists, catalysts for improving procedural outcomes and safety, national models, sought-after by policy makers in making decisions about products, procedures and compensation and defining best practices through programs like our proposed Responsible Marijuana Retailers designation (RMR).
